Alpha Omega Gymnastics, Cheer and Dance

Alpha Omega Gymnastics is a family-oriented gymnastics program owned and operated by committed Christians. We want to provide a safe and encouraging environment for your children to grow and learn. We believe that gymnastics is a great sport that builds not only strength, flexibility and coordination, but also good listening skills and self-confidence. It is also a ton of fun.

Alpha Omega Gymnastics used to be located on Hyw 6 south about 4 miles north of the Sugar Land airport, but we no longer have that location and are currently only teaching at varies preschools, daycares, and community centers.

We offer gymnastics classes for children ages 18 months- 12 years old, fun flippen classes for school age children, dance classes for preschool age children and cheerleading classes for school age children.
