About the Owners

Jerit and Sarah Pogue, owners of Alpha Omega Gymnastics, have been involved in gymnastics there whole lives. They both where competitive gymnast from a young age and competed up through highschool, then starting coaching right away. They both have a profound love for gymnastics. Jerit and Sarah met while coaching gymnastics and got engaged at a gymnastics competition. They have now been married for 10 years, and have two small children (a boy and girl) who are both involved in the sport. Jerit and Sarah Pogue are committed to providing the finest gymnastics you will find. They are not only great gymnastics coaches, but also committed Christians who show God's love through their teaching.

Jerit has been coaching for 18 years and has coached many state, regional, and national champions. He is also a internationally rated mens judge. He judges competitions all over the country including Junior Olympic Nationals and American Championships (the 1st round of Olympic qualification for the men). Jerit is one of the few coaches that is just as good at teaching 2 year olds as he is at coaching the highest level gymnast.

Sarah started gymnastics when she was 3 years old and fell in love. She has been coaching for 15 years. She has coached recreational gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, dance teams, cheerleading teams and ballet and tap for preschoolers. Sarah has an elementary education degree and taught in middle school for 2 years before they opened Alpha Omega Gymnastics.
