ALPHA OMEGA POLICIES

• All Tuition is Due by the 7 th of each month. A $10 late fee will be charged after the 10 th of the month.  

• Payments may be made by check and put in the Black Box labeled “Gymnastics Tuition and Registration” , Credit Card online or by calling 281-639-2206.  

• You may sign up for Credit Card Auto Pay by calling 281-639-2206.  

• To drop from the Alpha Omega program written notice must be given 30 days prior to dropping a class and placed in the Black Box. You will be responsible for all tuition until written notice is given.  

• A $25 charge will be assessed for all returned checks.  

• Tuition is based on a 46 week year. We will not have classes the weeks of 4 th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.  

• There are NO Make-Ups or Prorating of Missed classes. You are responsible for full tuition regardless of class attendance. (There are some exceptions if prior arrangements have been made)
