Alpha Omega Gymnastics is proud to announce that we will be offering Tumbling and Gymnastics Classes at our New Location in Missouri City at 3711 Raoul Wallenberg Ln off of 1092 next to Fun Tiki Family Entertainment Center.

Alpha Omega Gymnastics has been in business since 2002, and has developed one the best gymnastics programs in Fort Bend County. The owners Sarah and Jerit Pogue are committed to providing the finest gymnastics and tumbling program you will find.

Pricing Info

1 hour tumbling or gymnastics class- $75.00 a month
45 min. gymnastics class- $65.00 a month
Discount of 10% for each additional child or class after the 1 st per family

Note: Tumbling classes will work only on the floor: Gymnastics classes will work on all events ie: bars & vault

Class Descriptions

Level 1 tumbling - no tumbling experience necessary, will learn basic skills such as cartwheels and roundoffs.
Level 2 tumbling - must be able to do a backbend without a spot and working on back handsprings
Level 3 tumbling - must be able to do a standing back handspring with out a spot and working on multiple back handsprings and/or flipping and twisting skills
Gymnastics - Leaning skills on all the gymnastics events including bars, beam, vault, trampoline, rings and floor, while improving coordination, balance, strength, self esteem, and listening skills
