Open Gym is your chance to come and practice all the skills you have been working on. Whether you are a tumbler trying to get your back handspring, or a gymnast learning your pull over on the bar this is the time for you. Coaches will be on hand to assist you and make sure everyone is being safe. Come on in and have fun. Children do not need to be registered in a class to come to Open Gym.

Parents, do you ever wish that there was a place you could drop your kids off for a few hours to play while you get stuff done or have a night on the town? Well then Alpha Omega Gymnastics Stay and Play is for you. We have two Stay and Play Events each month. One is Parents Night Out and the other is Kids Day Off. Details of each are below.
Kids enjoy a fun filled night of games, activities, pizza, movies, and more while you get a much deserved night out.
Last Friday of each Month
6:00pm-10:00pm
$25 first child, $15 each sibling
Ages 3 to 12
Moms take a break and go shopping or have lunch with a friend. We will take care of the kids and feed them lunch.
Third Monday of each Month
9:00am-1:00pm
$25 first child, $15 each sibling
Ages 2 to 8
